Though having an achievement diary about Varrock feels a bit lame to me, I'm working my way through the tasks. My one complaint so far concerns getting a cat training medal from Gertrude. I have one already, but I'm willing to get another. Problem - you need to have a new kitten to get it. I tried with Slash, my wily hellcat, for the past hour and caught 100 rats. I talk to Gertrude, hoping the message not popping up is a mistake, but it's not. I was forced to buy a new kitten to get this done. If Jagex had come right out and said: Any player who already has a cat training medal will need to get a new kitten to gain another medal, I wouldn't be so pissed.
The other part I'm not looking forward to - enchanting an air orb at the air obelisk in the Wildy. I should be able to 3 item no problem. I'll add more later after I raise up my new kitten. Slash asked for a female, so I picked out a pretty little calico.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell
